~Allows better water cooling because it blocks less air from the radiator
~Mounts as far as possible away from front crash zone to reduce chances of damage on light crashes...and unwanted attention on the street.

For SR, KA-T S13, S14, S15 the intercooler is specific to the chassis while pipes sold separately are specific to the manifold or turbo.
Track tested where we are seeing dramatically lower water temps, and instant boost response!
Requires headlight motor delete or relocation on 180SX front end.
Requires trimming of core support & metal around the sides of radiator for tubing to pass through.
Not compatible with A/C condenser.
