Returns

Racer Products accepts returns for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Please notify us within five working days of the item arriving to ensure fast handling of the issue. To ensure speedy processing, we request that the product be in its original condition (how we sold or sent it to you) and with our packaging.

Email sales@racerproducts.co.nz for refund or return information. However, we are not liable for any extra courier costs incurred, and we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse to restock incorrectly ordered products.
