Shipping and Delivery

Racer Products predominately use NZ Couriers for shipping nationwide, but also use Post Haste for less time-sensitive South Island shipments, or PBT Couriers for larger items outside of Auckland.  Whilst we endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 business days, the courier system is outside of our control and therefore Racer Products cannot be responsible for any delays incurred once the order has left our premises.  To ensure successful deliveries, please provide correct delivery details upon ordering, including if the delivery address is Rural.  Any delivery times given by Racer Products are estimated only.  Larger items or Rural deliveries may take 1-3 days longer than standard.  PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

If the shipping option selected and/or paid for is incorrect or needs to be adjusted based on the weight or volume of the shipment, or in relation to the delivery address, Racer Products will attempt to contact you to rectify this.

If a particular item you have ordered is not currently available for dispatch, Racer Products will attempt to contact you within 1-2 business days regarding this and to provide you with a revised potential delivery date or an alternative solution.  You have the option to backorder the item until it arrives as per the revised delivery date, have part shipment of your order, or cancel your order.
