1?: Precision ground pin for caster adjuster. Any play there is magnified at the wheel so it’s uncoated. Use rust inhibitor on raw steel.
2?: That pin has a one piece shoulder for anti-shear & anti-separation of weld from the critical area during a crash.
3?: Laser cut steel plate absorbs crash energy well as proven in testing. CNC machined for weight reduction like billet with less cost.
4?: Inboard CrMo taper-pin / joint housing is 1pc. & triangulates the load to the subframe. We provide a rivet-nut & riv-nut tool for E46 crossmembers that lack threads.
5?: Bearings are maintenance free with PTFE liners and are serviceable with our lock ring tool and loctite green bearing mount compound.
6?: The retained all metal locknut lets you drop the arm with one tool.
7?: The included sway bar link has an array of stroke adjustment holes that matches our responsive super angle clearance swaybar.
8?: Billet angle stop structure is tuned with our E36 style knuckle to prevent bump-stop-steer when your suspension moves while at full lock. Spacers with a variety of width are provided to protect against bent threads on the custom domed hex adjuster-bolt.
9?: CrMo taper pin for OEM E46 323, 325, 328, & 330 knuckle connection can swap out to a bolt connection through the 5/8"id bearing for use on a variety of aftermarket knuckles.
10: Precision billet aluminum anodized caster mounts with forged rod end.
**The proper tie rod combination for this fixed length FLCA is our extended E46 inner with the upcoming 94mm hex length outer with a taper-pin or M14 bolt depending on your knuckle.
